Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales
Ruben Koh has been appointed as senior director and co-head of Savills Singapore’s international residential sales team. He joins his former colleague, Adrian Lim, who was appointed as the head of the international residential sales at the global real estate services provider in July.
Lumina Grand Bukit Batok provides residents with exclusive access to all the luxurious amenities of a private estate. Worthy of mention is the 65m infinity pool, housed within the development, that provides a unique and unparalleled view of the town. Other amenities include a gym, tennis court, barbecue pits and a clubhouse. With all these and more, the development truly allows residents to bask in the lap of luxury and enjoy a serene & peaceful lifestyle.
Koh previously served as key executive officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick. Before that, he was key executive officer at 1World Properties and HSR International Realtors. He also has had extended stints with Colliers International, where he worked alongside Lim.
Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, is pleased with the appointment. “Both Adrian and Ruben bring with them strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market,” he remarks. “I am thrilled with their combined experience and enterprising spirit that they will be working together again to expand our international residential business,” Loo adds.
The appointment demonstrates Savills Singapore’s commitment to expand its international residential business with two seasoned professionals at the helm. Ruben Koh and Adrian Lim both have maintained strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market and bring a wealth of experience to the position.
Their combined knowledge and expertise promises to be a great asset to the company and will surely help Savills Singapore reach higher heights in the real estate industry.
