Momentus launches first serviced apartment

The Chip Eng Seng Group have announced the launch of Momentus Serviced Residences Novena as part of their venture into the hospitality industry. The building, formerly known as 12 On Shan, was bought by the joint venture of Roxy-Pacific, Macly Capital and LWH Holdings from TA Corp for $86.5 million just last year.

The serviced residence is located near malls and medical hubs such as Novena Medical Centre, Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and shopping malls. Momentus Service Residences Novena is located at 12 Shan Road, just an 8-minute walk from Novena MRT Station.

The accommodation offers a range of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from 366 sq ft to 861 sq ft, providing comfortable living space for all its guests. Additionally, the building houses amenities such as a fitness room, swimming pool and BBQ area.

The CEO of Chip Eng Seng Group, Raymond Chia, spoke on the launch of the serviced apartment and remarks that it is based on their values of character, local culture, heritage and architecture. He states, “Our goal is to provide a stylish and comfortable sanctuary, delivering re-imagined hospitality experiences that will allow our guests to create cherished memories.”

With the convenience of over 200 food and beverage and retail outlets, shoppers can dine and party within one space.

Roxy-Pacific Holdings’ executive chairman Teo Hong Lim added that the joint venture saw a lot of potential in the expanding market and the varied needs of their guests. The serviced apartments are the first apartment-style offering from the Momentus brand and their second property, following the opening of Momentus Hotel Alexandra, a 442-key establishment on Alexandra Road in March.
