Real estate agency Mindlink Groups to acquire Century 21 Singapore

Mindlink Groups, one of Singapore’s leading real estate agencies, announced on Oct 30 that they are merging with Century 21 Singapore. The acquisition of Century 21 Singapore is pending the final approval of Century 21 Real Estate, the US-based global real estate franchise chain that owns it.

Headquartered in New York, Anywhere Real Estate is the parent company of Century 21 Real Estate. Alongside Century 21, Anywhere Real Estate also owns Sotheby’s International Realty, ERA Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

Initially established in 1998, Century 21 Singapore has grown through a series of mergers and acquisitions, transforming it into a local franchiser of the Century 21 brand, now counting 16 franchisees and over 500 members.

On the other hand, Mindlink Groups, founded by key executive officer Chow Yi Tong in 2001, has a team of approximately 100 salespersons.

By joining their forces, the merged entity will have a collective salesforce of around 600 salespersons, with Chow assuming the role of group chairman.

Merging with a global real estate powerhouse such as Century 21 Singapore is expected to bring Mindlink Groups to the next level of success in the property industry. The addition of a robust roster of 500+ industry professionals to their already accomplished team of 100 salespersons will undoubtedly propel the agency into new heights.
