Katrina Group opens fifth co-living hotel under ST Signature brand

ST Signature, a hospitality brand owned by Catalist-listed F&B operator Katrina Group, has added to its portfolio with the opening of its fifth establishment – ST Signature Bugis Middle. Located at 21 Middle Road, the property has been launched in response to “the growing demand for distinctive yet value-for-money accommodation in prime locations”.

Drawing attention to the building is a hand-painted wall mural on the façade, designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston. Inside, the 38-unit establishment provides guests with en suite bathrooms, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and a smart TV in each room. What’s more, co-living facilities like a communal kitchen, an outdoor terrace, and lounge areas are also available.

Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations are just minutes away.
