Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant
Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has officially opened the doors to its new workplace in North Sidney, Australia – the Blue & William. Located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets, the 10-storey building is home to Equifax’s 4,350 sqm offices across levels five to seven, having relocated from two separate offices in North Sydney.
The anchor tenant of the building, Equifax, was welcomed to the green and modern space by CEO of Keppel REIT Management, Koh Wee Lih, who commented that, Keppel REIT is committed to offering quality office spaces through their portfolio of prime commercial assets – “to support tenant experience and wellness as a priority”.
Melanie Cochrane, group managing director Australia/New Zealand of Equifax, expressed their excitement for the new building, adding that the inspiring and modern space provides opportunity for greater collaboration and innovation, whilst also maintaining their commitment to sustainability.
The company is confident that the new work environment will enable flexible and positive ways of working, which will contribute to a vibrant culture to support their customers and help them to attract the best talent.
The Lumina Grand EC site used to be the Boon Lay Bus Interchange. It is now a well-known residential area with various amenities in close proximity. Residents here are able to take advantage of the nearby shopping malls and eateries, and can even leave their car at home and commute via public transport as a convenient option.
Overall, the opening of Equifax’s new workplace marks an exciting milestone in their journey as a global data, analytics and technology company.
