In April, a 1,674 sqft terraced property was sold for $3.5 million or $2,091 per square foot. In July, a house occupying 1,608 sqft was sold for $3.88 million ($2,413 psf), while a semi-detached unit on 2,444 sqft of land fetched $4.6 million ($1,882 psf). Finally, a 1,708 sqft terraced house changed hands for $4.25 million, or $2,488 psf.
According to EdgeProp Singapore, properties at Thomson Park usually resell for an average price of $2,219 psf, while landlords enjoy rents that range from $1.80 psf per month (pm) to $4.20 psf pm or an implied rental yield of about 1.4%.
